PART-WICK #4400 [Smooth] is a unique, patented, Release Paper specifically engineered for use in the Rigid Polyurethane Foam Molding Process. It is designed to meet the various and particular requirements of the foam molder and is recommended for use by most suppliers of foam resins and processing equipment.

PART-WICK Breathable Release Papers enable the molder to consistently produce non-warping, rigid urethane foam parts with air-free, hard-skinned backs. These Papers are ready-to-use and require no further in-plant treatments to promote their effectiveness.

• Controlled Breathability
  PART-WICK “wicks” out all air and gases entrapped in the cavity of the enclosed mold during the Foam's cream-rise-cure cycle.

  PART-WICK can be easily peeled away from the back or “sixth side” of the part.
  
  
• Smooth, Air-Free Back on Every Part
  PART-WICK provides a “sixth side” which is ready-for-finishing without “crease marks” or other blemishes that can mar the surface.
  
  
• No Extra Finishing Steps Required
  PART-WICK eliminates the need to “wash,” sand, or patch the backs of parts.
  
  
• Reusability
  PART-WICK is engineered as a multi-use, reusable product. However, the variables of the Foam Molding Process itself, such as Type of Foam, Cream-Rise-Cure parameters, Foam Density, Part Configurations, Clamping Pressures, and other foam processing variables can affect such reusability. Since Pacothane Technologies does not control the conditions under which its products are used, the Company cannot warrant the paper's actual performance beyond its first use in the Foam Molding Process.

PART-WICK #4400 [Smooth) Breathable Release Paper is release-treated on one side and is approximately .010” (250µ) thick. It is available for immediate shipment from stock, in the following roll sizes:

• 24" x 500' (610mm x 152M)
  (1,000 Sq. Ft./93 M2)
• 36" x 500' (914mm x 152M)
  (1,500 Sq. Ft./139 M2)
• 30" x 500' (762mm x 152M)
  (1,250 Sq. Ft./116 M2)
• 60" x 500' (1524mm x 152M)
  (2,500 Sq. Ft./232 M2)

If rolls 24" x 500' (1000 Sq. Ft.) and 36" x 500' (1,500 Sq. Ft.) are required, a minimum of one roll of each of these two sizes must be purchased as all rolls are cut from a 60" Master Size. Other Roll Widths upon request that trim the Master Roll size. Terms: Net 30 Days, F.O.B. our Warehouse.
