PACOTHANE Release Film is offered in two optimized thicknesses: Type #1500, which is .0015"/38µ thick, and Type #1200, which is .0012"/28µ thick. The #1500 is engineered to improve operator handling and offer improved PCB surface quality by buffering sensitive copper surfaces from damaged plates. The #1200 features excellent performance with lower cost.
