PACO•KLEEN "Tacky Paper" is specifically engineered for use as a debris and particulate removal component for use in lifting contaminants away from polymeric collecting rollers in Contact Cleaning Roller Machines.

PACO•KLEEN consists of a layer of proprietary, tacky adhesive, optimized for PCB manufacturing, applied to one side of a unique Low Dust Paper. The opposite side of the film is coated with a non-contaminating release treatment that assures easy unwind. When the exposed, outer layer (adhesive side) of film is clad with particulate matter, it can easily be cut away and disposed of. A fresh circumference of virgin, adhesive--coated Film is ready for use. The
proprietary web coating process assures a complete cure of the adhesive and the release, eliminating the potential of transfer or contamination.

• Optimized Tack Level
  The Tack level is optimized to effectively work with a wide range of polymeric roller Durometer Levels and Surface Finishes.
• Adhesive Chemistry is Inert
  The fully cured, tacky adhesive side of PACO•KLEEN will not degrade or contaminate cleaning rollers [leave residue]. It is engineered to clean those rollers in contact with the work, lifting contaminants smaller than .002” [50µ] in size. The inert release treatment applied to the back side of the roll will not contaminate the adhesive and assures easy unwind.
• Longer Shelf Life
  The proprietary chemistries applied to both sides of PACO•KLEEN are hydrophobic and, therefore, will not be affected by humidity or storage factors.
• Precision Wound, Uniform Profile Rolls
  The substrate paper, adhesive, and release layers are controlled to strictest thickness specifications, eliminating profile inconsistencies. PACO•KLEEN rolls are wound to a uniform and even tension, producing rolls without deflections assuring 100% surface area contact with Pick-up rolls.
